Many of us celebrating the Christmas holidays have troubles witht the added weight thanks to intensive eating and drinking in a short period of time. We believe that some easy additions to your diet may have positive impact on your post-holiday fisical condition and that is why today we share our delicious and yet very healthy detox smoothie recipe. It is a qucik one and we also made a video, to make things easier for you:

As you can see, there is nothing particularly difficult about this detox smoothie. And now lets check the ingredients:

  • One banana
  • 1-2 apples
  • Small piece of ginger
  • Some grapes
  • A carrot
  • Couple of tangerines
  • Squeezed lemon and orange juice (just a little)
Of course it is not mandatory to have all of the ingredients and you change any of them to something of your taste (no chocolate or waffles please).
Literally, it is going to take you no more than 3-5 minutes to cut and blend all of these delicious fruits and vegetables. The lemon juice and the addition of some ginger is what really helps with the detox effect.

For this recipe we used the Nutribullet Pro 900 blender which is just fantastic for such quick fixes.
