I have just installed the Hisense 43A6N 43-inch 4k Smart TV that I bought last week - my first test
As some of you may know, last week I ordered the Hisense 43A6N 4k Smart TV and it was delivered pretty fast. So, I already installed the TV on a VESA wall mount and I did the first test.
Hisense 43A6N - picture quality and first impressions
For the price of around $230, Hisense 43A6N looks like a quality made product. It was quite easy to mount it on the wall with a relatively cheap wall mount bracket (around $15). Also, the TV is quite thin and it blends nice into the room interior, something that is nice, especially if you remember when back in the days TVs mounted on the wall were sticking out some 15-20 cm from the wall.
Picture quality is nice I would say. It is different from what I have experienced with most Sony, LG and Samsung TVs that I have tested recently. I still have to make some adjustments to fine-tune the picture quality. Also the image quality is quite dependable on the TV signal that I receive, which is not perfect on this particular location.
Again, I would remind the low price of the Hisense 43A6N and aligned with this I believe the sound and the image quality are above decent. Soon I will test with some external 4k content like movies downloaded in very high quality and see how the TV performs. So far it works just fine and I am quite pleased with the purchase.
Here are couple sample images from the first test:
