It is not very often that we test clothes or shoes but from time to time we like to show off with favorite products.

Today we are taking a closer look at the Asics Patriot 13 running shoes which were used for almost a month now so it is time for our consumer feedback.

Comfort

The Asics Patriot 13 is a comfortable running shoe but it is a bit heavier than some other competitors in the segment. These running shoes rely more on stability and durability rather than lightweight comfort. 

Also, in the summer season it felt a bit too warm and not very well ventilated. After a long hot day with these shoes my socks always smelled like...

Compared to the NIKE Downshifter which I had for couple of years, the Asics Patriot 13 feels more durable and solid but not as comfortable and easy to wear for longer periods of time.

Generally speaking, I am quite satisfied with the Asics Patriot 13. I wish they were a bit more flexible and better ventilated.

Asics Jolt 4 running shoes tested

There are many similar models from Asics' model line up, with different colors and materials and also quite good for running. So, I would basically recommend you to pick your color and style and then if possible just test them at the shoe store.
